I am a Karate instructor so i was sparring with my instructor(3rd in the UK). I went to front kick him and he blocked it hard. My toes where first thing to be hit.:(
It even hurts when breaking in the car as well.

I was running up the stairs when my foot slipped, I came crashing down on my big toe and broke it, that was 3 months ago and it still hurts now when i knock it, there is nothing the hospital can do either mate, youll just have to grin and bare it fella

Yeah i know about the grin and bare it bit just hurts. Leckie i had two ribs broke and my shoulder kicked out off its socket. Full contact sports rule though.:)
