To get off my arse & join a gym again.

Joined my local leisure centre, charge £31 a month but i get £7 back from my work. So i thought for £24 a month it was worth doing lol

Can't use the gym until i have my induction on Good Friday but plan to hit it hard once i start up again.

I'll let you know how i get on, sure there'll be plenty of pain to start with!

depends what you mean by fit. I think it matters. how do you want your bird to look? fat/skinny and lazy? or lovely and toned with loads of energy? i can only imagine birds want that in a fella too.

Dunno but id hate my bird to sped half her time in the gym.

I enjoy being with her every night, doing nothing other than driving, eating, and watching films and shgaging lol

as long as ya happy but i wouldnt consider a bird whos let herself go like, thas why i think gyms important. also shows you take care of yaself etc

nah the birds gorgeous, no a bit fat on her, just saying when i have abird mate i like to spend all my timewith her, probly why i get bored of woman easy, i like all or single tbh.

I get what you mean though.

I seen the gym as a way to lose weight, once i lost it, i wasnt interested in gym as by controlling my dietmy weight wouldnt change.

Mmm, i aint fat, aint toned either though. My gf moans because im on a diet now & says my face has started to change lol dunno what she'd think if i started toning up :err:

shes a 6 though so she doesnt need to go to a gym or nethin either. Would take her a long time to get fat since shes only got little bones :P

ah! (didn't mean that directed to ur bird!)

i surpose it depends on why you go the gym. to be "fit" you dont even need a gym, just do cardio such at jogging etc.. i think about 8 in every 10 people go to the gym (posh joints) so they can simply say "i been the gym today!" if you know what i mean. its like you can get these huge dudes with loads of muscle, yet they are really UN fit, because they train for muscle only.

alot of peoples jobs can keep them fit anyway, its the people who work in offices and sitting on arse who should really consider the gym even if they cant be arsed.

personally i go the gym for lifting weights/muscle. i keep fit by 5am jogs. but i enjoy both so its all good. need to enjoy it i surpose otherwise its pointless

probley losing weight mate. years back i was working at TNT and the warehouse was 1 mile long and you had to walk up and down it all night dragging and carrying, after 2 months people wwas saying "shit man u look diff" etc. its cause had lost weight and cheekbones were a bit visible. but losing weight makes you look better 100% anyway

That, i completely agree with!

Thats me

personally i go the gym for lifting weights/muscle. i keep fit by 65am jogs. but i enjoy both so its all good. need to enjoy it i surpose otherwise its pointless

Im useless in the morning so i could never do the jogs, i struggle to even eat brekky & i cant bring myself to walk to work (even though id happily walk home from work - although there have been days when im shattered & glad the cars waiting outside :P)

I think if i went to the gym id probably enjoy it and start going routinely. My problem is i dont have the drive to start :P

Also losing weight isnt always ia good thing, my gf is only 7 stone something but she looks a healthy 7 stone. Earlier today i was sent a link to the bebo profile of a lass i dated in highschool whos looks terrible now, her face & body looks really aged and skeletal, almost anorexsic!

You need a balance & being healthy should take priority

deffo mate. it is a killer to get up and jog for anyone but after it feels ace. one of the main reasons i do it is cause i struggle with breakfast too, so after a run i can eat. try this though, dont eat after 6/7pm, then you might have a better time eating in the morn
