and a towel to wip after

Have some rep i have noticed you know your stuff when it come to detailing and you have helped me out before! One last thing is the lube in that guys ebay shop and then i can get it sent at the same time!

Will any towel do? I have some microfibre clothes but do i need a different sort?

if its clay lube get it

also when you have washed the car dont dry iy this will also act as a lube to

and wash the car after claying

make sure you kep it well lubed as it will mark the paint if not

only had a quick look tho

it is best to wash after claying as you may leave bits of clay on it and gets rid of the lube then not that the lube will do harm

Is the lube available from halfords then? What about the towels?

yeah the megs quick detailer is available from halfords

yeah microfibre towels are perfect for it

I've got the Megs quick detailer which I use when I clay and I can highly recommend it. You'll find you only need to do it once a month or less often if you keep on top of the cleaning.

Mine has never been done and i found that i could still feel the dirt after i had washed it!

no neee to do it once a month once or twice a year will be fine

I was thinking about clay barring it and then waxing it with the cheap zymol wax, not the £1000 pound stuff, i think autoglym make it! From that ebay store there was sealants etc should i use these or is wax fine?

it will only damage paint if you use no lube but not major damage

Ok i have a friend that has a porter cable i think im gonna leave it to him, im just gonna get my poorboys car shampoo and a waffle weave towel!!

yeah a pc is the best way of appling polish as it will remove defects in the paint

what polish you using
