Dear ***********,
RE: Leaving Putney Royal Hospital for Neurodisability.
This has been a very difficult decision to make, but I have decided I would like to formally hand in my notice to leave the Putney Royal Hospital for Neurodisability. I wish to continue working up until the end of March, therefore giving the four weeks notice required according to hospital policy.
I would like to take this time to thank you, and the whole Coombs Ward team for being so friendly and welcoming! I have really enjoyed working on the Coombs Ward and I am sure I will greatly miss all of the staff and patients.
Deciding when to leave has been a very difficult decision, but my gap year is running out rather quickly and I still have various other objectives I wish to achieve before starting university later on in the year.
Thank you once again, and I am sure I will remember my experiences on the Coombs Ward for the rest of my life. I wish all the staff and the patients the very best for the future, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with you all.
Yours thankfully,
Alexander Pettipher,
HCA Coombs Ward
They are really difficult letters to write! hope that gives you some inspiration!
