Theres a few ways some will work some wont...

At the end of the .co.uk or .com etc type .proxy.cjb.net so the forum link would be something like "www.saxperience.com.proxy.cjb.net/forum/etc etc etc"

If that doesnt work install another browser, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.

And go to tools > internet options > connections > lan settings and check the proxy server settings... if you put in an exception of Http://*; it will allow everything that begins with http://

Also if you cant install something to program files, create another directory on C: and try installing to there.

Holding shift and right clicking a file will let you use the option "Run As" and lets you run the file as administrator, only problem is you need the admin password of your PC or domain.

Also install something at home to a USB pen, if you cant do it at work/college. plug it in Double click the exe file and your away.

Some of you wont be able to do any of the above because your system admin is a cunt bag. Although if he's like mine you'll be able to piss over his settings in a few minutes.

If i remember any more ways ill post em later.
