installed these for a mate the other day and they sounded really tinny compared to the boston s50's

MarkyG

Tinny? you mean the Infinity ones? I thought they sounded ok in my VTR. dynamatted round the speaker, and hooked the tweeter and crossovers up. sounded fine to me, but then i want the fronts tinny cos the sub eats the back end of vocals!

mix around with the settings on your amp, if the sound tinny it isnt exacctly a good thing, but i spose everyone has they own tastes, some people just like to listen to bass lol

Steve

Should i get them or not for £48 or should i just get some normal 13cm, just want anything better than standard

i only have my fronts tinny enough to hear the vocals over the bass, im a bass-head, but some of the vocal stuff is good
