me ,asap_legend ,PRICEY_VTR.Dan-t and i think chris_VTS.

thats just a few i know of.

depends where you work if its any good. All new starters are on 16.5k a year.

the work is repetitive if your on the production line you build about 380-400 pershift.overtimes loads at the minute because of the new car.

i used to work there in 2002 i think wasnt really there that long they expect too much and its not the best paid job but is quite good money :y:

fucking nightmare to get out of the place though its like wacky races lol, i was on trim and chassis and was doing the micras and new primeras when they came out, think it was 4 micras to every primera and was a nightmare as there wasnt any room in that engine bay to do owt

yeah mate have to get a medical lasts about half an hour longer if you cant piss lol

then like a dexterioty test whatever you call it, go into a room and theres loads of little tests to do like practical ones, and you have to do them within a certain time, you maye already be on the line when you do that test like am not sure how it works now

oh you will also have a brief induction and will get reviewed on how well you are doing

your back and forwards all the time like when your doing these tests.

my first was an aplitude test, written kind of test(maths & that)

then skills test ,there is a frame you have to fit parts to in a certain time and in the correct way.

a line trial after this, sweat your ass off online doing work for nout for 3hours.this is more for you,but it is a test so dont be a jack bastard and not graft if you want the job.Your not expected to crack the job in 3 hours but you should of learnt which parts go on which cars.

then a interview,i cant remember wether i got it before the line trial or not.piece of piss. Its one of those where you have to give example of how youve helped people and that.

then last is the medical.

but the real test is actually when you get the job and you fucking hate it lol.

think once youve got a line trial your pritty much in.the aplitude test is what normally fucks people up. I know people that its taken a year to get a job though.some people get them straight away and other people have to wait.
