Can any1 tell me if i could get away with doing just teh front or would the rear have to be done aswell. I dont know if it'll look odd. thanks guys and gals

yep the pro kit are very good springs, i was surprised when i put them on my vtr how much better the handling was. they took it down about 25-30mm at the front, and the torsion bar done to suit, i would say get the torsion bar done to match as well mate.

yeah mine is base model. Thats what i was thinking about the rear being lower. would it make it ride funny? or is there not enough of a difference between standard and the eibach ones i'm looking at to notice it? spose it wouldn't hurt to get the rear lowered to suit ...wouldn't have to be adjusted by much anyway would it? just load it up with bricks hehe

Put a picture of your car up mate so I can have a look.
With it being a 1.1 though, I reckon you'll be ok. Eibach springs are the best though.

I've got these, although in my VTS they seem to sit alot lower, probably the weight of the engine. Great choice though.

They are £116.43 minus 15% discount at work. Are they hard to fit, is it just spring compressors that are needed? Any ideas as to how much the rear would be lowered by to match the front? 25 or 30mm? cheers for all the help guys
