i have a 266mm setup and they squeek like fook and under harsh braking the steering wheel shakes so i think they need bedding in again. before anyone asks they have got copper greese on.

normaly squeeking is caused from the pad not releasing from the disc properly, this is caused by crap or bad pad runner surface and no copper grease, but u said thers copper grease, make sure the pad runners suface is smooth. as for the guddering under braking that is normally caused buy a disc not seated against the hub correctly or a warped disk, if the disk is warped then unfortunatly u wil need a new set

the disc's were brand new when they went on about a month ago so cant see it been that. will be stripping them down tomorrow and cleaning them again

Have you painted the calipers? Might be a bit of paint stopping the pads from running properly

Hmmm! Did you check the pads moved freely after they had dried?

i just put the wheels back on as soon as they were painted, didnt have time to wait for them to dry lol

Could be your answer then;) The paint may have dried onto one of the pads causing it to stick slightly

Take the pads out and clean them up aswell, could be a bit of dust build up or rust on the surface of the pad

Also if the steering wheel shakes under braking usualy indicates the discs are warped/fooked
