I have cut of my brackets for the rear bumper and mine dosent rub at all so i thought it would be alright to drop it more at least to 60mm

You'll never get your car to sit low enough on 17's tbh. The simple solution is to buy some smaller wheels.

I think i might just drop it 60mm all round. It should look abit better then

Will look a lot better mate, but that will seriously affect the handling. Its not going to be brilliant in the first place tbh running 17's.

It dose still stick mate i had 16s 195/40/16s on it and i reckon it handles better with 205/40/17s these tyres are abit better but still it dose handle nice.

The Saxo kit cars run 17's, they seem to handle nice! ;)
