Red Saxo... Tinted Windows... Shooting?

Has anybody else heard about this? Driving home from work listening to JK and Joel on Radio 1, the news came on and I heard that a boy had suffered a gun shot to the neck (as a result of a drive-by) in Essex and the car involved was a red Citroen Saxo with "blacked out" windows (as they put it). Hmmm. Can't be THAT many kicking about can there!?!
