Thats the difference between murder and manslaughter i reckon, but the other way round, murder is decided upon manslaughter isnt. Murder be to kill with intent.

Excecution is i think the legal and in theory general publics willing to kill someone in punishment. Murder is killing someone for a persons/group of peoples own reason/s.

Viper
13th April 2007, 20:37
lmao. no

was on NCIS

"it wasnt murder, they were executed"

and i wanted to know the difference :)

TU-Tuning

If they said it like that, they probably mean that they were killed knowing they were going to die, rather than not knowing

mrolinc

if they were executed it means that they were executed! its not really that hard to comprehend, they must of been executed in a country were capital punishment is legal

if its not legal, then it's murder.

problem solved?

lol

^^

if it wasnt that hard to comprehend, i wouldnt be asking :)

execution isnt just carried out in a little room of a prison by electric chair etc.... lol
