I sprayed mine... IMO they look better sprayed... as then they match your bump strips better... if you t-cut them they go rediculously shiny.... but i can make mine shiny if i want to :y: (Autoglym rubber/trim restorer;))

Do it... but spray them... don't t-cut them...

You have mk1 rears which are lightly smoked so they go well with black badges :y: i have recently put mk1 rear lights on mine :)

do ya know how long they stay shiny for if i use the t-cut?

Looks pretty permanently shiny... they look a little too plasticy for my liking...

Mine at the moment match my bumpstrips perfectly :) but it's all down to personal choice...

And i had the paints etc. already, so i did have to spend anything...

mite t cut them and take a very fine sandpaper til them after til sort the shine out!!! lol na no sure i ll see how the mood takes me in the morn

Yeah do it!!, i t-cut mine and they look a million times better.
