polish /sun

morning people going to give the car a good going over today .as its going to be such a hot day do i need to apply the polish when the car is in the shade . as i was once told that the sun will bake the polish to the car true/not true:panic:

it'l still probably be too hot though, i did mine yesterday, makes alot more work as the polish dries really quick!

might leave it till t time and go to the pub instead

Probably a better idea to do it in the evening. Will make a lot less work for yourself. Applying polish to hot body panels can do more damage than good.

If you can make sure the car isnt too warm then you should be ok, but doing it in the sun will be a pain.
