got a bit of a gut on me im quite a thin lad and small but would like to tone up and straighten out my stomach as ive got a bit of a gut on me lol! im 19 now and feel i should be doing more exercise! what am i best doing, its not like a fatty flesh overhang more like tough flesh/muscle if you get me! its just when looking at me from the side with a tightish top on people notice and say uve got a bit of a belly on ya and its enoying me a bit!

anything intense mate. something that will get you sweating alot. few times a week. then maybe some weights and situps etc.

rowing machine is the best type of exercise machine as you use the most muscles, use it correctly though

Just remember; you can't spot reduce so you need a good exercise for the whole body. Weights are perfect if you have access to them as there are so many exercises you can do. Swimming and running are also great for fat burning as long as the heart rate is really pumping, and of course, watch the fats and carbs a bit when you eat. :)
