Is the mirror cap on all Pug 106's mirrors removable?

Only on the later ones, I think! The mark 1 106 mirrors were moulded but the mark 2 had a removeable cap for colour coding, like on the GTi's etc

Thanks for all the replies :y: just wanted to know because on ebay theyre quite cheap new, they state for all models from 90's till 2002 yet theyre all in black except a few electric ones with primered caps.

lol you have as much of an idea as i do Ben :) Its pretty much a: which can i get hold of first? i have no idea what looks best, lets try them all for the sake of it! type of thing :)

Either way im hoping to have at least 1 set tried by the end of this weekend. Possibly picking up some brand new 106 mirrors tomorrow for £24 the pair with caps already primed- Bargain!

yes they do,but get the ones already primed mate,as the black plast ones will need filler priming becuase of the grain affect and it looks shit if you just paint them! (can still see the grain affect under the paint)
