I did have a claim but that was 4 years ago, and admiral were only interested in the last 3 years, so i didn't mention it. Think ill try Bell next, as my insurance isn't due till mid June. What should I be looking at ruffly? Do you think it's the modifications that are uping the quote?

Yeah, these guys are right. You seem to be paying too much. When I was 20 and had 3 yrs NCB like you I was paying £389 fully comp on a VTR with mods declared. Then at 21 I paid £381 but that was because I had to pay £50 extra to protect my NCB as I now have 4 years. Try bell and elephant
