Ok after finaly sorting out my rear noises and afew blowing problems my car was totaly sorted until coming down my road I heard a grinding click (is the best way to describe it) anyway I turned the car off and rolled down the road and moved into the passenger side and there was def a noise coming from the front passengers wheel.. I have no idea what could cause this so any ideas would be much appreciated! Also incase this helps, my car is a mk1 VTR lowered 40mm on Bilstein shocks and Spax springs all round with a Raid HP strut brace.. These french cars seem to just fall apart!! One problem after another.. smileys/sad.gif

Hmmm,
I've just replaced ALL of my front suspension so would like to help, but id need some more details to be able to try and diagnose your problems smileys/smiley5.gif
Start with the simple stuff... I know it may sound silly, but have you checked your wheel nuts are tight?

were u braking at the time? or was it more of an engine noise?

lol yea the car was still moving and no no1 else was driving though in my defense I still had control of the steering wheel and plus my road is private so no1 else was about. In answer to your questions, no I wasn't braking nor did it sound like an engine sound, I def recon its something to do with the suspension. Cheers

No its def something to do with the suspension. When it moves up and down (suspension) it makes the noise.. I think it maybe something to do with my anti roll bar as one side of it seems to be almost touching the underside of the car, where as the otherside has more clearance.. Could it be something simple like the bushes?

yep could be the bushes worn to fuck, have a look at them, also make sure all your bolts are tight under there

Most likely to be loose wishbone bolts.. whip the carpet up and tighten them... they are 16mm nuts.
