Need a light for my number plate asap since i've got mot coming up and the boot has been smoothed, are there any cars which have a box type light (ie. not underneath the boot catch like a standard saxo) or light that's attached on the bumper so i can get one from a scrapyard? Or alternatively anywhere that sells a box type light I can get hold of quickly (not ebay). I don't want bolt lights since my numberplate is stuck on not screwed, thanks.

i took a light off an old fiesta that sit in their rear bumper and shines upwards onto the plate.cut a hole in my rear bumper for the light to clip into and colour coded in with some spray paint.wired to the sidelights-job done

well use the existing wiring, it needs to be wired into the sidelights so either that or the rear sidelights mte easy to do splice into the live for sidelights and earth it :y:
