got one fitted there down at callaghans during the week and was a good job and am bigtime pleased with the results like

thing is am getting a while rattling noise when a accelerate and a checked the cat and it aint that a even bought a new one and the boy said he wudnt fit it as mines was perfect

its like a sort of tinny noise and a was just wondering if anyone would no what the hell it is as the car would sound 100 times better without it like it aint hitting the axle or the spare wheel aswell just to clear it up it sounds to be like a sri cav but not on that much of a scale like

could it be the tappets or something

possibly something 1 one of the silencers has maybe colapsed to

if its doing it since you have had exhaust id take it back

nah mate since before i had the powerflow made for me like! their custom made to make sure they aint hitting anything like

so it did it before powerflow touched it

is it not the exhaust knocking off something, like the heatshields, rear shock??

maybe even they have left something in the actual exhaust during fitting

have had the noise with just a backbox on, only came about 2 - 3 weeks after it was fitted then a decided on the powerflow to see if that would change it like but it hasnt:P a can live with the noise but it does annoy me like:P if i was some random person in the city centre i would think the car sounded banjaxed abit:P like doing the usual lap at low speeds in traffic scoping out the talent:P

something sounds like its loose. Check all the heatshields

any pics of heat sheld as might have the same problem

Check the heatshield on the cat (the plate with all the holes in), sometimes the corners crack on the welds, and you get an annoying vibration, so it could be that.

Mines cracked, i just havent got round to re-welding it yet.

andy am thinking that is it as i sat tonite and reved gentley to see and it sounded like it was coming from that box like! will see if my mate will weld it for me tomorrow like

does sound like its a heatshield, have you had somebody rev the car whilst you look under mate??
