could someone walk me through how to relocate my oil filter so i can fit manifolds??

If its the raceland I wouldn't spend all the money on a remote oil filter.
Just fit a replacement filter thread from the Mk1 saxo and then get the corresponding filter. There is a hole to block up if I remember correctly also.
Costs less than £30

cant i just get longer hoses and move it?

What most people do is simply buy a Mk1 oil filter and thread from citroen, they will probably have to order the thread that holds the filter though but said that it's the easiest way and IIRC it was less than £10. Just make sure you block the whole where the Oil dip stick goes as it wont stay in place with a Mk2 one maybe try a Mk1, I never bothered just covered the whole.

u need a mk one thread and filter, as said. then u need to tap out the valve return hole wit a m10 tap, and put a bolt in to stop oil pissin out, and u need to move ur pressure switch to the blocked off hole above the filter
