Met a girl im seeing had sexytime straight from work. Repeat performance tonight!
Arranged with mates whos driving to KDF in leeds for friday (NOT ME! :))
Went to gym had a mammoth session on't back felt stronger than usual
Found Chemical Brothers greatest hits cd in my car
Laughed as a 4ft midget in a fiat something or another tried to race me (Left him too it! :))
Weather looks nice

Had to stay away from home since i finished work cos ex girlfriends parents were round at my house with my mum an dad 'to fix the router'.
Got to lend money off my mates to actually go to KDF and not be the boring one in the corner, as im the prominant big daft lad of south yorkshire and always will be.
Went to the gym and exs parents were still round at my house, until half 9!
Came home and my mum had fed them my (PWNED) fish pie. "Because i never rang and thought i was out!"
Had massive argument with my mum cos shes a spastick and would of probably have been saying things like "I wish they were still together".
Saw tons of photographs on the side of me and my ex what my mum had kept.....

Oh well Ju-jit-su tonight, relieve some aggression at least. Could be the next ufc champ im that angry! lol

id suggest you undertake a 2nd and even 3rd martial art then, possibly thai boxing (muay thai) and maybe tae kwon do,

my mate who i do ju jitsu with does this combination, hes 6'4", 15 stone of muscle while doing those 3 ..... hes a bit 'ard lol

Thats the one mate. 4 days a week in the gym i do, with this maybe twice a week. So long as your getting enough rest and nutrients your ok, but im due a bloody rest pretty soon! lol, oh well roll on summer!

Dont worry about weight mate, its a good one to be. I beleive that what im doing now will give me a firm solid base to pack on more size as i get older and my metabolic rate slows down. :)
