Personally, if i was going to colour code anything, i'd leave it to the pro's. It will be more expensive, but the finish will be a lot better and worth it in the long run.

i only want it to look more apealing(sp) so I can see it and buy a vtr.

also wouldnt mind re-trimming the inside.... i.e. door cards (front and rear), is it difficult?

re trimming sounds good mate!
front door cards are easy to get out mate, just one screw under wing mirror and then plastic clips holding it in at bottom. the rear ones are more difficult cos i think u gota get seat-belts etc out first. am sure people will be much more help 2moro!!!!

you can do it yourself but wont cost that much from a body shop, prep them ready for paint, give them a wash or even use some clay, sand them down and prime them, take them to the spray shop and should only cost about 100 id say not even that

I think it looks smart with colour coding. Personally i agree with putting a VT kit on, but some people like the flat arch look.

like i said.... id rather not spend £££ on it... only want to make it more sellable... really want a VTR.... black if possible.
