Retuning Key Fobs

Mine needs retuning as the light just flashes (so it has batteries) but doesnt unlock the car. Its the old school one button one.

Just paid some guy on the net £2 for his info. Which i'd already found on the pissing google search myself.

AND IT DOESNT WORK.

have you tied replacing the batterys?

as this happened with mine, the light flashed but didnt unlock the car, but when i replaced the batterys it started working

Good suggestion chris, might jsut be that the batteries are too low to send the signal.

If not, you might need to take the fob back to citreon to have them resync it with your alarm system. This costs £20 ish per fob iirc. Maybe someone can confirm the price.

Thanks guys yeah i'll take it in and get the battery changed no harm in trying... anyone else got the 1 button one? when'd the 2 botton one come out?Mines a bit battered :oops:

unlock the car door with your key and then press lock button twice within 6 seconds cost..

this jem was posted buy JOHN P, only didnt work for me.
