Got my Insurance through....BUT!

Got my policy documents today, but they have only sent me a 'Temporary' Cover note which is valid from 1st May until 31st of May.

Is this because they are awaiting my NCB before sending out a proper documents?

Any help appreciated.

Got it in one mate... Phone & double check anyway but i'm almost certain this is it. Ask to fax it through to them and save urself some time.

I rang them up yesterday.

They said it's temporary because they are awaiting my NCB to be sent over and that the policy hasn't started yet so that's another reason.

I have faxed over the NCB though today, so I should be okay.
