Maybe gearbox problem...?

Basically when i put the gear in 2nd and accelerate the gear stick shakes and moves around quite alot, when i let go of acceleration it's fine, it does this slightly in other gears but mostly in 2nd gear, any ideas??

I think they all do it a bit tbh, mine does and that was rebuilt not too long ago..

You only want to worry when it wont go into gears and jumps out etc.. :)

oh i see, doesnt seem to jump out of gear, seems like the linkage is loose and it shakes around quite abit :s.

4th's the worst in mine, not really bad, but you can see it slightly shake when you put you foot down

by the gearbox there is a 13 mm bolt, tighten that and your linkage will be nice and tight then, maybe your engine mount on its way out if its shaking at low revs.
