system and an enclosed induction kit, then a manifold.
I like the vts alloys you have so maybe get them sprayed/powder coated?
Strip the rear if you dont carry passengers and want to lighten the car a bit, also get buckets if you want them but no real need for them

Scott your alive again during the Day lol
I only seen your replys at 1am or 2am in the morning
But what Maniflod should i buy ??
Is the Standard one a 4-2-1 or 4-1?
Scott

not sure on the vts manifold i think its 4-1 though i have heard it being a 4-2-1 as standard smileys/smiley5.gif so not entirely sure
i would get a GMC manifold or possibly the supersprint stainless manifold but the bottom bracket on these is very weak and probably will snap which can then end up cunking around so if it did get it i would do some extra welding on the bracketsmileys/smiley17.gif
Im normally on during the day just depends what im up tosmileys/smiley17.gif

I believe the manifold is a 4 into 1 scotty.
I'm going down to RMS in prestwick mate, going to get them to fabricate me a new manifold. There work is second to none.
Have you heard of them?
Scott

start with those listed and lay it as your base, after that you need to look at what you want, do you want more power? if so how much and how much have you got to spend? then after looking at these you can decide if you wants cams and remap, throttle bodies, super/turbocharger etc...

Well i got my girlfried a system from the cat back, which had 3 exit pipes, and i got a couple of induction pipes done. The system for her car is really good, 100% and was £280, my pipes were £100.
For the manifold he was quoting £140, 4 into 2 into 1, stainless steel, and he'll do it in a day.
Pretty good i think.
