Many cast and crew finished the non-stop circuit in under 20 minutes.
25x pull-up
50x deadlift @ 135 lbs.
50x push-up
50x box jump @ 24" box
50x floor wiper @ 135 lbs.
50x clean and press @ 36 lbs.
25x pull-up
300 reps total!

best format:
exercise 1
excercise 1 + exercise 2
excercise 1 + Excercise 2 + Excercise 3
and so on! all the way up to 10!
ultra fit comps are always good to push until you throw up!
Completly seperates the men from the boys this workout!
I did it last night but halved the sets so instead of clean 50 did 2 x 25. Absolutly knackered by the end of it. Felt sick! :)
Shouted "SPARTA!!!!!" on my last pull-up though........

Did 2 sets of 25 mate, no way i was doing 50!
The hardest part was the shoulder clean presses with a 15kg dumbell (25 reps each arm).
id much prefer do some weight on deads 6/8 reps, i think deads are much more benifical with heavy weight low reps than light weight high reps, in my opinionnnnnnnn lol

I was fooked after it mate, its really good cardio workout too imo. Sweated buckets and felt sick! 60kg is not a light deadlift for me though to be fair (normally do dumbells being a tall bugger)
well mate if you can do 60kg for 25 reps you can probley do 100kg+ for a few
I can drag a bus (Robbs) 100m without breaking a sweat
Leo ive tried 100kg before and dont feel comfortable with it mate. Cant keep my form. Can do about 4-5 ok but after that i go spastic and end up doing more harm than good.
Adam i can drag your candy ass to John O Groates and back! lol :P

Haha f*cking brilliant, i'll have to give this ago too, soon every gym in the country will be full of saxpartans!

Just make sure you stretch off your legs! Mine are still a bit tight!!!

Floor wipers are where you lay on your back, then raise your feet a little off the ground then with them both together, move them to one side of your body in the motion of a single wiper conversion lol. From one side to the other is 1 rep.
Dunno about adding weight to it? Thats gotta be a misprint.
