hi ive started to try and lower the rear of my sax, but i cant get the washer out to begin with. ive tried using a small screwdriver to prize it out but it doesnt work; i can get it to move around but i jus cant get it out!! anyone got any ideas??

spray plenty of wd40 on them mate, give them a bash, both sides (drivers and passengers with a decent bit of bar and a big hammer) the torsion bar may be hard up against the washer, hitting it with a bit of bar will help to loosen it. then try and wiggle it around with a screwdriver until it moves around and comes out ;)

get a set of picks the 1's that look like dentist tools, scrape all the shit off round the washer then use a flad head screw driver and tap them into place where you can pull them out and use 2 of the picks to drag them out
