yeh its a common mistake. my advice to someone would be hit them once a week with either weighted situps or ab pulldowns along with leg raises. also as said its all down to the diet, you have to maintain a low bf% if you want the 6pac look

yes deffo with weights added. i think normal situps just arent enough, spose be ok for toning, but you can do them all day and not feel it the next whereas a few rounds of ab pulldowns or weighted situps and you might feel it the next day

i normally get a 10kg weight and do some de-clined sit-ups and crunches as well as some backward rasied ones (dont know the proper name for them) and i feel a difference straight away just becasue the muscle is tensted.
