hi i want to lower my vtr how much would you recon would look gd without having to have arch work

16s with 40 profile

you can go down 60mm but it will scrub on full lock so 40mm is a safe bet.

40mm is a good height and will look good, 50mm if you want it for looks id say

50mm imo, my mates is 60mm with 195/45/16 we have ripped the arch linners out and cut some bits of the arches away and it does look mint but it scraps on everthing and scrubs on full lock

In my experience with my nightmare of a vtr dont go any lower than 40mm! You get major arch scrape down bumpy roads, the height of the body isnt high enough to clear speed bumps.
Stick to 40mm will still look the puppys nuts yet more practical
