nokia n95 help

ok have got my self the n95, does anyone know how to use the bar code reader i been tryin but the camera zooms in an out but eventualy goes on to standy by, has anyone tried using this function on the phone?

i had i little play but the same happened to me. Not bothered though not like will ever use it.Love using the net on it tho. Using ma phone to write this lok. m
