i saw loads of these when i was in south africa, used to pass the showroom everyday.

i wanted to buy one and send it to the uk just to say its a brand new mk1.
would be mint with a 1.8 20v turbo motor ;)

they were pritty cheap too :)

yeah its a mk1 come on dude u gotta learn ur classics and its a bad idea the mk1 was the first hot hatch and as such is a classic and should stay that way.

my mate has got one of these, well the original mk1 payed 1000 squid with onli 34000 on the clock bargin. shame about the colour dog sh1t brown.

most of south africa is high altitude too lol will be a tad better over here ;)

when i had a look at the showroom they never had any 3drs, think they were all 5doors, would still be cool tho with a modern turbo motor in ;)

some countries have old cars for sale years after we finish with them, it wasnt that long ago that mexico were still making the old beetles lol
