Unclip the hose at the bottom of your radiator and drain it into something.Top it back up, And to drain the rest of the system there are three points. One near the inlet manifold, a little bike valve thing. One on the radiator(the opposite side to where you fill it, and one on the thermostat which is a allen key bolt.

well if you want to drain the whole system just pull the bottom hose off the rad, if your trying to get an air lock out there should be a kind of bleed valve somewhere i think it got a dust cap on it if that helps, then all you need todo is take it off then run the engine untill it starts spewing water out with on air in it. well thats how it did it on my old pug 106and i think should be the same on a saxo. hope this helps.
