I was thinking about doing it to mine.
Basically therees not much point with the moeny you will sepnd on parts and labour you could buy a desire or a vt model saxo.
I think all you need is :
Power sterring pump
Power steering Rack
Fanbelt from a power steering model
And the brackets from a power steering model
Also a man who knows how to do it ;)
Not sure on the price but labour wont be cheap..
If I missed anything please correct me:y:

why not??
you can do it but its a right twat of a job, you need to drop the engine for easy access. i have removed the PAS off the vtr and im fitting non PAS lol. easy for me as i have no engine in.
i wouldnt bother, it makes your car heavier as the pump is a canny weight, then you have all the piping and a bigger unit to strap to the bulk head.
will cost a few quid to

maybe i wont bother then! i actually prefer not having PAS you feel more connected to the road!
i had a corsa when my saxo was in repair and it was too easy to steer! also u didnt feel any of the road through the steering wheel!
but it did make it alot fukin easier to park! lol
