Right saying as i am trying to punch the weight off for summer, im going to do a fitness log, like someone else did, let you lot comment and help me. im not going to bullshit about what i eat, because like i have said i east hardly anything and drink tea mostly, Im starting from last night btw
Monday Night:
6-7:30pm- 3 6 a side Matches lasting half an hour each
10:00pm- Spring Vegetable soup and 2 lightly buttered brown bread toast

Tuesday:
1pm: Cup of tea with no sugars (45c) (only had full cream milk in house so had to use that)
1:30pm: Spring vegetable soup (55c)
6:00pm: Tuna salad, Cup of tea no sugars (35c) (semi skimmed milk this time boys;))
7pm-8: Went for a run

Wednesday:
8:30am:- Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
3:05pm:- Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
6:7:30pm- Gym :)
7:35pm- Banana
9:25pm- 3 Egg whites, sweetcorn , Onion and tomatoes, Garlic... High Protein :)

Thursday:
8:20am: Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
1:45pm: Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
4:30-6pm: Gym :)
6:10pm: 2 Apples (100c)
7:30-8:30: 6 a side League match
10pm: Potato, Carrot, Cucumber, Celery, in Dolmio Light sauce (150-200c)
The 10pm meal was well nice, wasn't expecting it to be to be fair but im knacked now

No no no no no,

Im off on a fuckin run tonight at 7 through a country park, its the shit for runnin apparently if you don't get shagged by a man hiding in the bushes, but that adds to the excitement runnin away from them, sweat more ;)

Seriously mate! Give it a go that 300 workout! 2wice a week! With the amount of sweat pouring out of me last night (and i was almost sick!) from sheer exhaustion! You will be ripped to fuck in no time. :y:

You gonna give my routines a go Kevv?

Im doing chest and back tonight cos ive been sloppy this week.

So supersetting everything each excercise with one from opposite muscle group.

Plus had a 780 calorie sunday from Tesco for my dinner so i feel a fat barsteward

Well i want to mainly work on Cardio tonight so proparbly on the tread for 20 and rowing for 15 then cross trainer etc... until i get down to a size where i can build muscle. I will do light weights aswell but nota lot as i dont want to build up yet

Then i want to start doing the weights as well as cardio.

Got a tight hamstring so it will be hard but its easily bearable

How much fat does the Egg White contain? because i was looking at the case of the eggs and it was 7.5g in the whole egg, whats the White got in

Had a quality day today, my pecs and legs are killing off the gym, not even been hungry either.
