Right saying as i am trying to punch the weight off for summer, im going to do a fitness log, like someone else did, let you lot comment and help me. im not going to bullshit about what i eat, because like i have said i east hardly anything and drink tea mostly, Im starting from last night btw
Monday Night:
6-7:30pm- 3 6 a side Matches lasting half an hour each
10:00pm- Spring Vegetable soup and 2 lightly buttered brown bread toast

Tuesday:
1pm: Cup of tea with no sugars (45c) (only had full cream milk in house so had to use that)
1:30pm: Spring vegetable soup (55c)
6:00pm: Tuna salad, Cup of tea no sugars (35c) (semi skimmed milk this time boys;))
7pm-8: Went for a run

Wednesday:
8:30am:- Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
3:05pm:- Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
6:7:30pm- Gym :)
7:35pm- Banana
9:25pm- 3 Egg whites, sweetcorn , Onion and tomatoes, Garlic... High Protein :)

8:20am: Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
1:45pm: Special K with Semi Skimmed Milk (190c)
4:30-6pm: Gym :)
6:10pm: 2 Apples (100c)
7:30-8:30: 6 a side League match
10pm: Potato, Carrot, Cucumber, Celery, in Dolmio Light sauce (150-200c)
The 10pm meal was well nice, wasn't expecting it to be to be fair but im knacked now
