saxo juddering like mad, help please

got my clucth done on my saxo few months ago, problem is that i have been thrashing it a bit, really putting load on the clutch!

now when i go to pull off, it judders like mental (ie at biting point), the whole car shakes, once you pull off,it goes in all gear fine and doesnt slip one bit

could it be:

the clutch?
release bearing?

or the flywheel?

could be the release bearing

not being funny but is the handbrake off or even the brakes might be sticking on the rears
