Metabolism, Diet, stress and lifestyle need lookin at mate.
Your still in your teens though arnt you? Dont worry about your weight mate. I was a right skinny till i was 20. Then my size came.
Make sure you eat little and often and remember to train heavy mate! :y:

Then what you moaning for? lol :)
Kidding, try eating more protein mate. A gram of it per pound of your body wieght or more. Youll know the score, chicken, tuna, pasta etc and get a weight gainer protein thats full of calories rather than a maintenence one (dont know what your taking now).
Dont be too strict on what you eat too, if your looking to bulk up. Takes years to put on huge ripped mass remember.
Hope this helps.

cheers mate, i take 40grams of protine 4 times a day (milkshake)
It has 700 ish calouries per shake
carbs is about 90g i think
What i dont get is that ive lost weight :(
im def more leaner and have a good 6 pack and a really good shape but id rather a bit of bulk
Gav you wanna be eating at least 150grams of protein per day then matey.
So try a few more egg and meat meals through your day. Also have a look at mammoth 2500 protein shakes. They taste nice and i know they sound gay as fook but they bulked me up in no time! So i would fully reccomend them.
Think yourself lucky mate i have to eat nearly 200! lol

should only have them after 21 when your natural growth starts to slow down. it also contains magnesium which aint the best
use creatine instead

you shouldnt have to feel to need the energy but creatine does make you train harder.

lol a what?
lol was only joking but a ring worm is a worm that lives in your tomach and when u eat it takes most of the food and makes u drematically lose weight over short perios of time because ur body is not getting enough food. you can get a stomach worm if u accidently eat a peice of meal that has a fly egg or soemthing bitten into it pr something like that, they remain in the body for up to 2 years and live off the food and u then shit it out but if u have got one u can get tablets to kill them. also they can be as long as 14 foot but very thin
Post your diet and training and I might be able tell you where ur goin wrong.
also if you have been ill recently, it might eplain the weight loss
