Hey people.
Just wodnering if anybody has any good, non subscription/costing physio websites?
Since i first posted saying i wanna loose some weight ive now lost a stone, which im quite proud off.
I started off at 5ft 11 weighing at 15 stone and 6.
Now im 14 stone and 6 as from 3 days ago.
I jog daily, covering 10km. I started off with small routes and built up to a 5km route then last week i done this twice to make it 10km and now i do the 10 without stopping which im quite happy with considerign i havent done anything athletic since i left school.
I have just developed a calf strain and have been told ot keep ice on and rest it and it shoudl be healed in 2 weeks as its only grade one apparently. THis obviously due to my big jump in doubling my route and not stopping while i do it.
So anyways enough babbling, just lookign for some good physio sites that can tell me exactly whats happened with like muscle level drawings, so i can understand the injury and perhaps some exercises i can do to aid its healing or make it strongr when its healed, its frustrating cos i really enjopy jogging now and cant do it!
Cheers.
Rich
