ive got a wide arch kit waiting to go on next month and was going to smooth them in but ive heard loads bout them cracking. anybody done this or know how to over come this?

there is always teh possibilty of cracking but if done correctly it should be minimised when driving normally but theres not a lot you can do if someone smashes the arch with their door in a car park

lol yeah there is that! ive been told that the flex of the car round roundabouts and shit like that would do it. ive found 1 bodyshop that says it would be ok but a bit pricey but i think it'll be worth it

to get the wings to flex that much going round a round about you either have a fucked chassis or are taking round abouts at 100mphsmileys/smiley17.gif

there will be some flex but if the arche's are blended
in properly then they should be fine, i have only ever
seen one car with a cracked arch but he like's to rag his motor around, r - tech's own jimo smileys/smiley4.gif
