Key fob is broken - Unlock Button

What do i do?

Can i pull it to bits to try fix it or just buy another and as its just the button will i need to get a new one recoded or can they swap the chip?

And how much are the little fuckers, im guessing not cheap.


How do you re-program these or does a dealer have to do it? I could pull the chipset out but need a new one first.

You could try pulling it to bits if you like..

If that doesnt work, flee-bay have them popping up on there all the time. Couple of squid tops

As for programming it, Im sure Ive seen in me manual how to do for when you need to change the battery like.

Ive done it, managed to get the button working. But im going to buy another fob for when i get it de-locked!!!
