right had an awfull day at work. my figuires are low at the moment so i need to rent out as much property as possible.

anyway we had nothing to let out so its been quite hard. got two one bedrooms on last night so we started viewings this morning. my collegue had a 9:30 i had a 10, 10:30 and a 11. my college let his at 9:30 so only one left to let.

i did a viewing on another one with an 80 year old guy. it took an hour (when it should only be 15 mins) he asked every question under the sun. i wanted the deal so i just saying ye ye just bulshiting i would normally say do you want yes or no? anyway he makes an offer comes back to the office and gets the papers.

i said i wil call him once i have spoken to the landlord to she if she accepts your offer. he said ok went.

spoke to the landlord she accepted. phoned him up with the good news and he said sorry ive found another flat bye.

i feel like breaking the guys legs!!!
