Hey guys.
I'm new here and this is the first thread I've posted.
I've just past my test (first time...no minors :P)!!!
I have a blue Saxo East Coast, it is standard, I have some small alloys and lexus lights and a Sony CDX A250 headunit just to let you know.
I want a Saxo Demon full bodykit.
How would I go about getting one of these and getting it fitted on my car (I know nothing about modding cars btw, I'm a newbie to it all)?
How much would I be looking at for it all, and to be the same colour as my car?
Thanks.

Places like essex racing sell the bodykit. I'm sure demon tweeks and POTN will sell it aswell.

As for the fitting, I'd recommend finding a decent bodyshop in your area to fit the kit. I'm sure the kit is for the VTR/S models so you'll need a set of VTR arches. You can get these from Ebay or a local scrapyard. Price for fitting the kit and spraying could be anywhere from £500 to £1000 and more if you're getting the whole car resprayed.

Have you checked with your insurance to see how much they will add to your premium for fitting a bodykit?

Depends on how much you want to spend. You could just buy springs or go for coilovers, really depends on your budget.

Most garages should be able to lower your car, but I'd always go with someone that specialises in modified cars or is recommended. If you look on your local 'cruise' site you'll probably find some info on local companies.

Alot of insurance companies wont cover modified cars so that would be the first thing to look into.
