warning ordering from gbkperformance

anyway i paid over a week ago by paypal they are saying i haven't paid i have emailed them several times and phoned them 3 times and today they have sent me an unpaid item dispute saying i have not paid

so word of warning if you are going to buy of them

Quite a few people have had issues with this company. I sorted out a group buy with em and they were fine though

yes also i have sent them the paypal payment id code several times and told them 3 times over the phone im in a dispute with them now and will be claiming the money back through paypal but it takes a while

i have had smoked jewels from them ages ago and they were fine delevered in 2 days and i was happy with the service.

Al though i also ordered smoked headlights a while a ago and they took ages to come. when i rang they said they only had left ones in stock....

How does that work they come as a pair lol i had to wait two weeks but got them at last and they were fine....

GBK suck, sorry but I never hear anything good apart from the rear smoked lights. Which take a while to arrive aswell I have to add. They sold me a set of illegal lights and then didnt want to know. Sold a couple of people I know dodgy smoked lights then when the people sent them back they denied receiving them. Should be reported to ebay.

a lot of people have trouble with them, i think i waited for them to give me an invoice and then payed for it but thats because i bought the front and rear lights at the same time

reported to paypal but it takes ages but i m going to try and get the goods off them instead first if they fob me of i will just get a refund

i got in touch with the ppl a bought them off not naming no name's ! and now have to take thm off and get some exchange ones. still awaiting my smoked rears dreading to see wot they turn up like:sad:

For all the Good eBay has brought the Bad is always not far behind and eBay has alot to answer for when it comes to the amount of honet people like yourself (you are honets right? lol) getting ripped off with sometimes no comeback at all.

Well i received my rear lights today with no problems at all, i ordered and paid for them last friday so they have came within the 7 days.

just received my lights front and rear at long last not happy they the same as seanVTR s as above a right bodge job but hey will fit them and see what they look like the rear lights look ok

I orderd two things off this place ment for my car one didn't fit and and i recived my mirrors with the wrong baseplate and when i phoned up no help what so eva just kept saying ill get them soon. then after a MONTH i got them.

Had a problem with them too.. Ordered some arches and after 3 weeks they still hadn't come phoned up 3 times.. Had a right go.. they promised they would send it and i would recieve it the next working day. However, Never came so i phoned again and i demanded a discount or some sort of compensation for waiting over a month and they gave me 50% off the order and promised it for that following day.. Still never arrived and so i ended up getting them for free plus my P&P costs refunded.. However, still not great having to wait for over 5 weeks in total since date of order. :n:
