piggy back ecu

i was looking at high flow heads side and saw a piggy back ecu for £175 . what is it and what does it do

its to remap your car with. it will need fitting and mapping so expect alot more on top of that. i wouldnt have one anyway. also you dont start messing withe ecu until your running cams etc

its says its 175 including setting up . also has any 1 heard of a standard 130 bhp vts .
