As a result my doc told me to eat half my lunch at lunch and the other half an hour or so later. Or simply don't eat your lunch until about 2 - 3.

Im on weight gaining suplements so my eyes are pealed open for about an hour after dinner then im back to normal.

Although when theres no work to do, and im in need of something to do, but im sat at my desk doin nowt it gets very very very annoying!!
