hi guys i am planning on refurbing my alloys in a few weeks. some of them have some quite heavy kurbing, what filler would you guys recommend for wheels, as i dont want to paint them all only for them to look tatty in a couple of weeks where the filler hasnt stuck.

Im pretty sure regular body filler should be fine, I see no reason why it shouldnt.

But see what other people say.

What colour you thinking of going? Standard Silver or a different colour?

depends how big the kirbs are, i used chemical metal on my mates that i refirbished and thats been [erfect since, some people that have used filler have had it crack after a while from the bumps the wheel takes and if its on the outer rim your doing then u have to be carefull because the pressure of the tyre macheine will crack the filler when u come to change the tyres next. but then it all depends on the size your filling as if its only a light skim and small segments then filer should be ok

^^ wow they look wicked, i think that is the same colour, its good because it has quite a lot of flake in it so the still look shiney but darker, where as some colours just make the wheels look dull, even with a gloss laquer
