Not sure if this is the right section but i received some rep that wasn't green but wasn't red either, it was grey!

Does anyone know what that means?

it means that the person that left it you had 0 rep so it kinda like neutral, won't affect your rep power at all!

btw please Search first! it has been covered soooooooo many times!

Yeah as Oli said the user will have no rep points to give so it wont affect your rep.
