Thing is i lost my six pack about four months back! and i want to get it back, i'm going gym, it is helping but not that much, anyone esle got any idea's??

really need to list your food intake and training regime for people to make a better guess at whats wrong.

use weights to do your abs instead of just normal sit ups

Situps, situps with medicine balls, ab crunches, floor wipers and hanging leg raises are what you need fella! choose 4 of them and do 4 sets of 10 for a couple of weeks and tell me im lying!!!!!!! :)

I don't eat as much as i used too, cut down on alot!!! but mostly im doing wieghts, sit-ups, and biking alot, i do about 12miles everyday till i pass! have to bike to work grrr :(
