An old lady hit my car yesterday!! I dont want to scam her out of money but i want the work doing properly!! what should i do? :n: :wall:

yeah go through her insurance, get her details, tell your insurers and they should do the rest. Hope she has protected no claims though. That way she wont suffer financially at all.

she said that she dident want to go through insurance though...ill get a quote and see what she says after that i think.....because it will cost more than i first thought....there is a scrastch on the passenger side front wing and a crack under the foglight....the sideskirt is out of place and the bonnet is slightly twisted!!!

OK... get a couple of quotes and then show her the quotes... she will then either say OK, I'll pay for it or she will freak out and say better do it through the insurance company!!
